The Cicero Group assisted Altius in expanding its market presence in Utah and Idaho by developing an interactive Provider Satisfaction Tool to understand key decision drivers surrounding products, services, and pricing offered to clientele. Cicero conducts ongoing in-depth interviews and focus groups to identify Altius' most critical areas for improvement, and then follows up with an annual study to benchmark Altius' progress on these improvements.
