Cicero conducted extensive one-on-one interviews, factory tours, and customer segmentation analyses of international marketplace to present detail on market size, market growth, distribution channels for product, competitive and proprietary technologies, unique business models, and industry trends to determine key opportunity spaces for Bond Street to pursue in order to grow the company from $50MM in revenues to $400MM in revenues in the next three years.

Bond Street also partnered with the Cicero Group to develop, validate, and implement a corporate acquisition strategy. Cicero conducted a competitive analysis and analyzed market opportunities for the printer/toner business sector. After analyzing the company's revenues and validating the business model through secondary research, Cicero made strategic recommendations for growth through the modification of existing products and the expansion into new markets. Cicero then conducted due diligence, wrote a prospectus, and built a financial model to enable the acquisition of a multi-national printer/toner company. Cicero established ideal investment parameters and identified additional leading players to best assist Bond Street with their growth strategy. Cicero approached 5-10 target companies and conducted market, financial, and organizational due diligence to drive 4 acquisitions in 2007 and 6 acquisitions in 2008.
