The Cicero Group was retained to study the degree to which Bravo Health's associated Primary Care Physicians were meeting the company's standard requirements. Through mystery shopping hundreds of providers, Cicero was not only able to provide a complete assessment surrounding PCP compliance but, more importantly, it was able to inform Bravo Health why some requirements were not being met and what the organization could do to augment compliance to its requirements.
