In an effort to identify hot-button issues in various regions throughout the U.S., Cicero gathered and analyzed data collected from surveys which assisted a 2008 U.S. presidential candidate in determining who regional voters were likely to vote for. This candidate ultimately used the data to identify potential volunteers and individuals willing to contribute financially to the campaign.
