Cicero conducted in-depth interviews with key stakeholders within each service line to succinctly define CBRE's Global Corporate Services market offering. Cicero developed positioning statements and marketing materials to further this value proposition, including a style guide containing the actual language and voice used in brochures, sales decks, client calls, conferences, and internal meetings. Cicero developed a strategy and set of attending tools to facilitate the roll out of this new messaging platform including laminated cards with the new vernacular delivered to all employees, a series of team meetings/events and press releases.
