Cicero evaluating drivers related to retention, attrition, customer loyalty and satisfaction to help Centex Homes optimize their relationship with existing clientele. An integrated research initiative was launched through the use of focus groups, in-depth interviews, online surveys, telephone surveys, and live intercepts to assess proper price points, housing styles, and community amenities of Centex homes. This facilitated increased profit per house and lower customer attrition. Additionally, Cicero delineated customer segments and pricing for each audience while improving contact points throughout the customer decision-making cycle.

Cicero also evaluated the demands and market size of new CTX Mortgage services by leveraging substantial normative data utilizing the aforementioned research methods. Cicero has conducted close to 50 primary research studies to further Centex/CTX Mortgage market and customer understanding.
