COVENTRY HEALTH PLANS

Coventry Health Plan sought to utilize a Provider and Patient Satisfaction Tool for several of their health plans (Altius and Health America). Cicero conducted telephone-based surveys, online surveys, in-depth interviews and triads for each of the plans across the country to measure satisfaction and understand key decision drivers surrounding products, services, and pricing to clients. Cicero also measured physician satisfaction and was able to segment physician groups to identify potential revenue streams. Cicero combined data from patients and physicians to benchmark and trend provider and patient satisfaction metrics to guide strategic decision making.
