FULTON COUNTY SCHOOLS

Cicero made strategic recommendations to Fulton County Schools to significantly alter the way in which schools are asked to set goals and monitor their progress over time. Cicero assessed the impact a county-wide implementation of a Balanced Scorecard would have at the school level by using a variety of research tools and protocols: interviews, classroom observations, document analysis and trending, achievement data analysis, focus groups, and surveys. This research revealed key methodologies the district must implement to successfully set and track goal progress of individual schools.
