Lexington Law retained The Cicero Group to optimize its marketing strategy. The Cicero Group launched interactive surveys to Lexington's existing customers to ascertain consumer interests, demographics, and effectiveness of past and potential marketing efforts. Survey results combined with interviews, in-home experiential studies, focus groups, and secondary research provided a powerful tool that would solidify and consolidate a marketing strategy best capable of resonating with new and existing clients.
Upon experiencing high employee turnover rates across consecutive quarters, Lexington engaged Cicero to analyze reasons behind the high attrition as well as suggestions for improvement. Cicero weighed Lexington against national and local, and industry-specific unemployment rates and conducted focus groups with employees. Cicero then presented Lexington with short and long-term initiatives for improving employee retention and satisfaction.
