Cicero provided both technical and strategic assistance to Mass 2020, a Massachusetts-based foundation that seeks to improve student achievement through extended learning time. Cicero gathered and analyzed local formative and state standardized assessment data from Boston, Cambridge, and Worcester Public Schools in order to better understand the first-year impact of the extended learning time initiative in those districts.
