Cicero collaborated with Nu Skin Enterprises in an effort to measure name recognition, awareness, familiarity, favorability, and reputation among opinion leaders and the general public located within the state of Utah. Leveraging phone and online surveys, Cicero increased NuSkin's understanding of current trends regarding their reputation and identified potential reputation management improvements. Based on the success of the study, Cicero was engaged to conduct a similar study annually to trend the impact made by various investments and improvements.
