Cicero used completed multiple online surveys and in-depth interviews to continually assess rationales behind cancer treatment decisions. Opinions were tracked and analyzed about different medications, tendencies to biopsy under differing circumstances, various laboratories, and standard procedures for evaluating biopsy specimens. The information enabled Pfizer to continue their research on specific biomarkers believed to accurately predict different cancers even if it is not present in a specific biopsy sample.
