VERTICAL FOCUS HOLDINGS

Vertical Focus Holdings needed an overall roll-out strategy for a new product in an unfamiliar industry: a global prepaid card to a target industry. To accomplish this task, Cicero conducted surveys of potential customers and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders and conducted focus groups with the hypothesized initial clients. Based on these initial findings, Cicero researched the ideal processor and issuing bank to provide the outlined needs and subsequently negotiated and secured a contract with the most appropriate partners. Cicero then provided critical recommendations and guidelines for VFH's roll-out strategy. Based on their insights, Cicero was extended a Board position and granted equity with the organization in order to continue providing direction and advice.
