Vizio engaged the Cicero Group to better understand attitudes toward various new products, designs and features. Cicero conducted online and telephone studies to determine the manner in which people were currently utilizing Vizio products, what they would like in the future, and their assessment of several new product designs created by Vizio. Based on the findings, Cicero made recommendations to Vizio surrounding essential basic features and the estimated price-points Vizio could garner for each of the new products and respective features.
