White

Bre is an Associate at Cicero Group. Bre has a variety of social impact, education, and marketing experience across many sectors including non-profit, K-12 education, and higher education. Bre’s expertise includes program development, research, marketing, public relations, creative direction, strategic curriculum and process development, non-profit and higher education growth strategy, and innovation within non-profit and education contexts.  

 Prior to joining Cicero Group, Bre was the Director of Marketing and Communications at Mercy Project, an innovative non-profit working to end child trafficking in Ghana, Africa. During this time, Bre developed a groundbreaking virtual reality experience for the organization’s annual fundraising gala to enable guests to tangibly see the impact of Mercy Project’s work in Ghana. She also spearheaded all marketing growth efforts, donor experience, website and print material design, and a full transition to a new CRM.  

Bre also worked in both K-12 and higher education in a variety of capacities. Bre launched and evaluated social work programs to serve students across two rural school districts, resulting in social work support for over 18,000 students across three districts. She later worked as a Behavior Resource Specialist to meet the behavioral needs of students with special needs. During her time in higher education at Abilene Christian University, Bre taught undergraduate and graduate social work courses for 4 years in addition to directing marketing efforts for the graduate program. Bre was also Assistant Director of the university’s center for entrepreneurship, where she focused on developing student and local community business ventures.   

 Bre graduated summa cum laude with an MBA and a master’s degree in social work from Abilene Christian University (ACU), with an emphasis on analytics and social service administration. She also earned her bachelor’s degree in social work at ACU.
