Jason Richards is a Partner in Cicero Group’s strategy practice. In this role, Jason has provided a wealth of knowledge in strategy development and transformation engagements for Fortune 500 companies. His expertise also includes change management, sales operations, process improvement, supply chain management, customer lifecycle management, and risk management. He serves clients in Logistics, Energy, Financial Services, Digital Marketing & Technology.
Prior to joining Cicero, Jason served as the Executive Director at sPower’s Sustainable Power Group, where he led the company’s sales operations and marketing efforts. There, Jason sourced and financed private equity deals for the company’s portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, Jason directed all the company’s renewable energy assets in the South Pacific and Intermountain regions. He also oversaw all the companies’ information systems, public relations, and community outreach programs.
Before joining sPower, Jason served as head of Business Development at CLEARLINK where he directed customer acquisitions for major media companies in television, radio, and satellite. Jason has also served as Business Operations Manager at Progrexion where he managed all affiliate relationships and ran operations for the company’s marketing division.
Jason has earned an MBA and bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Business Marketing from the University of Utah.
