About Hayden
Hayden is an Associate Consultant at Cicero Group. He has experience with a range of clients in private equity, social impact, education, and market research practices. His past work includes due diligence for a tech sector SPAC deal, helping rebrand a Fortune 300 waste management company, supporting 27 school districts with learning acceleration post-Covid, and working with the Mayor of a major U.S. city to design and implement an equity-focused workforce development program. He has deep skills in global research, focus group facilitation, survey design, quantitative data analysis, and competitive landscape analysis.
Prior to joining Cicero Group, Hayden worked with the OECD Centre for Skills to advise the Portuguese Secretary of State on adult education programming. He also worked with the World Bank to develop social security policy recommendations in Vietnam and track global migration policy changes during Covid-19. Outside of research and consulting, Hayden is the founder of a non-profit after school program called Resilient Service that has helped hundreds of disadvantaged middle-school students across Utah become involved in community service.
He has an M.A. in International Affairs from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies where he was a Harvey and Lynn Meyerhoff Fellow and Student Government Executive Board Member. He also graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University where he was a Presidential Scholar.
