Aaron is a Principal at Cicero. In this role, he has led engagements with major public and private entities in the Technology, Industrial, Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Professional Services industries. Aaron’s expertise spans from strategy development, strategy execution, organizational transformation, and research and analysis.
A few of Aaron’s notable areas of focus include:
- Standing up enterprise-wide Strategy and PMO offices for several 1,000+ employee organizations to enable strategic planning and execution
- Advising private equity firms nationwide with strategic due diligence and growth strategy development to inform investment decisions
- Crafting M&A growth strategies for several multi-billion-dollar holding companies to guide the creation of new operational verticals
Prior to attending graduate school, Aaron spent the first five years of his career as a mechanical design engineer for T.D. Williamson, where he led product development teams and process transformation initiatives including an enterprise-wide, cross-functional team created to transform internal product development processes.
Aaron obtained his MBA from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University, where he was part of a 13-person, student-run venture capital fund, working directly with top VCs in the Salt Lake City and San Francisco Bay areas. Aaron earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
