Given troubling national trends around the quality of education provided to Native American students, it’s clear a fundamental shift is needed in our approach to this important but often overlooked issue. While much of what we are currently doing is simply not working for Native students, we do know what is working and how to scale that success—and it all begins with supporting Native American leadership.
At Cicero Group, Carrie is focused on driving improvements to student outcomes, particularly for highly-impacted populations, by coupling her ten years of classroom and five years of administrative experience. As a former Dean of Students, she has experience growing enrollment and has successfully designed and implemented K-12 character education programs as a Fellow.
